Exchange & Refunds

Warranty
Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind for your electric scooter or bike purchase. Most of our products come with a 24-month warranty provided by the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing faults, such as issues with the motor, control board, battery, or other defects not caused by the customer. In the event of a manufacturing fault, please contact the manufacturer directly, and they will arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you or for the product to be repaired at their designated service center.
When making a warranty claim, it's important to provide photos of the scooter or bike. However, please note that the warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage. Any such damage will be thoroughly assessed before proceeding with the next steps.
It's important to understand that the warranty is not equivalent to insurance; it solely covers manufacturing defects. For comprehensive coverage against accidental damage or other unforeseen events, we recommend considering additional insurance options.
Legal
For the United Kingdom: Electric scooters must not be used on pedestrian pathways, bicycle lanes, or public roads, they can only be used on private land.
For Europe, please check your local laws.
For USA, please check your state laws.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that they operate their e-scooter or bike in compliance with all national and local regulations. The customer accepts all liability and assumes any risks associated with the use of electric scooter and bike products, while absolving Punk Ride and its owners of any responsibility for any incidents resulting from their use.
