EMotorad is a relatively new player in the e-bike world, founded in 2020 in Pune, India by Rajib Gangopadhyay, Kunal Gupta, Aditya Oza, and Sumedh Battewar. The 470 Wh lithium-ion battery can be easily removed for convenient charging and typically reaches a full charge in around 3.5–4 hours, with approximately 80% charge in about 3 hours. Riders can choose from five pedal-assist levels, along with walk mode and a standard riding mode without assistance, allowing the bike to adapt to different riding styles and terrain.
Up front, a 100 mm suspension fork with lockout and adjustable damping helps balance comfort and efficiency depending on the road conditions. Dual mechanical disc brakes with an e-cut-off safety feature provide reliable stopping power when needed. The bike can be configured with either a Shimano 21-speed drivetrain for tackling hills and varied routes or a 7-speed setup for simpler city commuting.
