Important: Returns Policy
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not qualify for a return.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- All returns are reviewed by our team and inspected at the warehouse before a refund or replacement is issued.
Warranty
Important: Warranty Coverage
- Warranty only covers manufacturer defects.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, water, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
- Consumable parts such as tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, fenders, lights, and similar parts are not covered, as they wear naturally over time.
- Cosmetic issues such as scratches, fading, marks, or trim damage are also excluded from warranty cover.
