Speed-limit menu: documented P08 setting
For the display shown on page 13 of this manual:
- With the bike stationary, hold the second side button shown by the arrow for three seconds to enter settings.
- Press power to cycle to P08.
- Use + or − to adjust the value.
The manual lists 25 as the default. It does not specify an unrestricted value or a save/exit sequence, so this is not a confirmed full-speed unlock. Do not copy a 100-setting procedure from another bike. Use only permitted settings.

Returns & warranty
Return eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification may not qualify for a return. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective. All returns are reviewed by our team and inspected at the warehouse before a refund or replacement is issued.
Warranty coverage
Warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, water, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
Consumable parts such as tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, fenders, lights, and similar parts are not covered, as they wear naturally over time. Cosmetic issues such as scratches, fading, marks, or trim damage are also excluded from warranty cover.
Still need help?
Submit your request below for a return, warranty claim, replacement, damaged or wrong item, or missing parts. Include your order number, exact model, a description of the issue and clear photos or an error-code image.
