You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Expect to get your refund within four weeks after handing your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you might receive your refund even faster. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we get it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you wish to return an item, reach out to us with your order number and provide details about the product you want to return. We'll promptly respond with instructions on how to proceed with returning items from your order.

You can return any purchased product within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Please note that all purchased items are subject to the return and warranty terms specified by the manufacturer.

1. If You Receive the Wrong or Faulty Item:

If you happen to receive the wrong item, kindly reseal it and notify us in writing via email at customerservice@punkride.com. Once the wrong item is confirmed and remains unused, we'll make arrangements for its return.

In the case of a damaged item or if any components are missing, please bring this to our attention within the initial 72 hours of delivery.

For a faulty item, promptly inform us via email at customerservice@punkride.com, providing a clear description of the present faults. This allows us to swiftly address the issue, either by resolving the fault or by approving a return for inspection by our in-house technician team for repair, replacement, or refund. Please note that all returns undergo inspection by our in-house technician, and the fault(s) must be confirmed before further action can be taken. Ensure all components are returned to the box with your item. If no fault is confirmed, the item will be returned to you.

2. If the Product Has Been Used:

Any product that has been used, even lightly, or is in a dirty condition, missing parts or accessories, or has been damaged due to improper handling or use, cannot be accepted as a return. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your cost, donated, or disposed of for free.

3. Other.

For in-store purchases, they are not governed by distance selling regulations, and the associated contracts are considered final. Returns or cancellations can only be entertained within the initial 30 days for goods identified as faulty. Customers are urged to thoroughly inspect all goods before leaving the premises. Once goods have left the store, they are acknowledged as accepted by the customer and are not eligible for a “change of mind” return. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

It's important to note that not all items we sell in-store have a demo model available. For boxed items without a demo, we cannot provide a test ride. We strongly recommend that customers thoroughly inspect these items and ensure 100% satisfaction before agreeing to the terms of the sale.

3.1. Gift cards are non-returnable.

3.2. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the original packaging of the goods. PUNK RIDE will not be held responsible for return disputes arising from a lack of packaging boxes.

3.3. Claims for failed delivery or lost packages must be made within 30 days of the shipping tracking receipt date.

3.4. In the case of an undeliverable package, you may be required to pay a specified shipping fee if the issue is attributed to the following reasons:

When the carrier sends back packages as undeliverable, we issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be credited to your credit card account. The carrier typically decides to label a shipment as undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

* Incorrect address:

If the address is wrong or incomplete, the carrier will return the package. Please be cautious when entering your address and review it for any errors before placing your order. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address.

* Refused by recipient:

If you're sending an order as a gift, the recipient might refuse it if they're not expecting a surprise. It's a good idea to inform the recipient in advance so they know to expect a delivery.
