We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secure.

⚠️ Important: Warranty Exclusions
Please note that your warranty claim will be denied if the item shows signs of:
- Intentional or accidental damage (including crash or impact damage)
- Water damage from submersion or prolonged exposure to heavy rain
- Misuse or improper maintenance contrary to the user manual
- Unauthorized modifications or disassembly
- Use of non-original or third-party parts
Additionally, the warranty does not cover consumable items, which are components that naturally wear out over time through regular use. These include, but are not limited to:
- Tyres
- Inner tubes
- Brake pads
- Brake cables
- Brake discs/rotors
- Handlebar grips
- Pedals (for e-bikes)
- Chains (for e-bikes)
- Freewheels/cassettes
- Cranksets
- Kickstands
- Suspension components (springs, bushings, etc.)
- Rubber foot pads or deck grips (for scooters)
- Fenders/mudguards
- Lights and reflectors
- Bell or horn
- Cables and housing (gear/brake)
- Cosmetic trim or body panels
Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, fading, and other cosmetic damage are also excluded from warranty coverage.
