   No, there are not any customs & excise duties required for your purchase.

   Handling time is 24 hours and shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

4. Where are your products shipped from?

   For USA orders, products are shipped from our USA Warehouse located in Ontario, California. European orders are shipped from our EU Warehouse in Saale, Germany. United Kingdom orders are dispatched from our UK Warehouse in Tipton, UK.

5. Do you offer warranty coverage for your products?

   Yes, all our products come with a manufacturer's warranty, valid for 24 months.

6. How do I initiate a return?

7. Who is responsible for covering the return shipping costs?

   If the wrong item was sent or if the item is defective upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping if they are at fault.
