The RoyalBaby EZ is designed to work first as a balance bike and then as a pedal bike. Its quick-release crank, pedals and footrest allow the riding setup to change as the child develops confidence.

Fit and assembly
The supplier markets the 16-inch model for ages 4–7. Check reach, ground contact and the child’s ability to operate both brakes; age alone does not determine fit. Follow the supplied instructions for assembly and for switching riding configurations. The supplier specifies a Phillips screwdriver for tightening the stem bolt.
Before riding
Check that every quick-release component is fully secured, adjust the saddle and controls, and inspect the brakes, wheels and fastenings. Children should wear appropriate protective equipment and ride with adult supervision in a suitable area. Learning time varies between riders.
