Riding Times Z8 Pro Dual-Battery Fat-Tyre Electric Bike

Riding Times Z8 Pro Dual-Battery Fat Tire Electric Bike

The Riding Times Z8 Pro combines an approachable moped-style frame with a dual-battery system, fat tyres and full suspension. It is designed for adults who want a compact electric bike for everyday journeys, recreational routes and permitted trail use. The long saddle, upright riding position and wide tyres support a comfortable, stable feel across paved streets, gravel paths and mixed surfaces.

750W motor with 1500W peak output

A rear geared hub motor is rated at 750W nominal and up to 1500W peak output, with a supplier-stated maximum torque of 80Nm. Riders can select pedal assistance or use the full-twist throttle where local rules permit. The United States model includes multi-class speed settings and is listed with a maximum assisted speed of up to 31 mph; actual performance varies in its unrestricted setting. Performance depends on rider and cargo weight, terrain, gradient, temperature, tyre pressure and battery charge.

Two removable 48V batteries

The Z8 Pro carries two removable 48V 15.6Ah lithium battery packs. Combined capacity is 31.2Ah, approximately 1498Wh. The supplier claims a throttle-only range of approximately 50–74 miles and pedal-assisted range of approximately 100–120 miles in favourable test conditions. Real-world range will vary considerably. Two compatible 48V 2A chargers are included so both batteries can be charged together, with a stated charging time of approximately seven to nine hours.

Fat tyres, suspension and controlled braking

Wide all-terrain tyres provide a broad contact patch for mixed surfaces. The Z8 Pro combines a front suspension fork with a rear hydraulic shock for full suspension. Front and rear disc brakes use 160mm rotors and electronic brake assistance. Always reduce speed and allow additional stopping distance on wet, loose or steep ground.

Display and integrated equipment

The colour digital display shows essential riding information such as speed, distance and battery level. Integrated lighting improves visibility, while fitted fenders help limit road spray. The bike is supplied partially assembled and should receive a complete assembly and safety inspection before the first ride.

Weight and carrying capacity

The supplier lists an approximate bike weight of 91 lb before batteries and approximately 112 lb with the battery system fitted. Maximum stated load is 220 lb and the claimed maximum climbing angle is 15 degrees under suitable conditions. Confirm that rider fit, carrying capacity and handling are appropriate before use.

What is included

The package includes the partially assembled Riding Times Z8 Pro, two removable 48V 15.6Ah batteries, two compatible 48V 2A chargers, front wheel, pedals, fenders, user manual, assembly hardware and manufacturer-supplied tools. Box contents can change with production revisions, so check all items against the current manual before assembly.

Legal and safety information

Electric-bike classifications and permitted equipment vary by state and local authority. The unrestricted high-speed setting may exceed ordinary e-bike limits on some public roads, cycle paths or shared routes. The owner and rider are responsible for checking classification, age, helmet, registration, licensing and insurance rules before use. High-speed or throttle operation may be restricted to private property or designated riding areas.

Always wear an approved helmet and appropriate protective equipment. Inspect the brakes, tyres, wheels, fasteners, suspension, lighting and battery retention before each ride. Do not charge a wet, damaged or unusually hot battery. Use only compatible chargers and follow the manufacturer’s storage, charging, assembly and maintenance instructions.

Range and performance statement

All speed, range, torque, climbing and charging figures are supplier claims recorded under particular test conditions. They are not guaranteed for every rider or journey. Load, terrain, wind, temperature, riding speed, assistance level, tyre pressure, maintenance and battery age can materially change the result.

Store the Z8 Pro in a dry, secure location and protect both batteries from extreme temperatures. Arrange periodic checks of brake pads, tyres, fasteners, drivetrain parts and electrical connections to maintain safe operation.
