The ENGWE P20

The ENGWE P20 Folding Electric Bike is designed for riders who want a compact, lightweight, and practical e-bike for everyday city travel. Built with modern commuting in mind, it combines easy portability with smooth urban performance, making it an excellent choice for riders who need something convenient enough for daily use yet capable enough for longer journeys. With its clean design and quick-fold functionality, the P20 is ideal for commuting, storing in smaller spaces, or taking along on mixed travel routines.

One of the standout features of the P20 is its lightweight build. At just 18.5 kg, it is easier to carry, manoeuvre, and store than many larger electric bikes, which makes it especially appealing for apartment living, office commuting, or train and car transport. Its quick-fold aluminium frame adds another layer of convenience, allowing riders to fold and store the bike more easily when space is limited.

The P20 is also built to deliver dependable everyday range, with a claimed distance of up to 100 km on a full charge depending on riding conditions, terrain, and support level. That makes it a practical option for commuting, errands, and regular urban riding without the need for constant recharging. Its compact format does not take away from its usefulness, giving riders a strong balance of portability and day-to-day battery performance.

For comfort and control, the bike features a torque-optimised motor setup for smoother, more natural assistance in city riding, while hydraulic disc brakes provide dependable stopping power for added confidence in traffic and changing weather conditions. A modern LCD interface keeps key ride information easily visible throughout the journey, adding to the bike’s smart and commuter-friendly feel. Altogether, the ENGWE P20 is a sleek folding electric bike that combines lightweight practicality, useful range, and modern urban convenience in one highly versatile package.

ENGWE

ENGWE was officially founded in 2014, inspired by a single memorable ride. Three mountain-bike enthusiasts planned to ride 38 miles in 5 hours through mountainous terrain, but ended up struggling on shaded uphill paths, cold, tired, and eventually pushing their bikes for the final 16 miles. From that harsh experience came the spark of innovation. They entered a university innovation competition with a concept for an electric bike, won recognition, worked on R&D over the next years—and that’s how ENGWE became the brand known for offering e-bikes that combine range, usability, and accessible price.
