The ENGWE N1 AIR

The ENGWE N1 Air is a lightweight urban electric bike designed for riders who want premium materials, smooth pedal assistance, and practical everyday range in one sleek commuter package. Built around a full carbon fibre frame and available in both step-over and step-through versions, it is designed to feel agile, refined, and easy to live with for daily city riding. ENGWE describes the N1 Air as weighing 15.6 kg, which helps make it easier to carry, store, and manoeuvre in tighter urban spaces.

A key highlight of the N1 Air is its removable Samsung battery. ENGWE’s official specs and product materials describe it with a 36V 10Ah lithium-ion battery, giving the bike a claimed range of up to 100 km on a full charge, depending on riding mode and conditions. That makes it a strong option for commuters and everyday riders who want fewer charging stops and the convenience of removing the battery for easier indoor charging.

The riding experience is designed to feel especially smooth and natural thanks to its torque sensor pedal assist, which responds more intuitively to your pedalling input than a basic cadence-only system. ENGWE also highlights the N1 Air’s smart urban focus with features such as an anti-theft system, including tracking and alerts on official product pages, adding extra practicality for city use.

With its combination of lightweight carbon constructionremovable batteryup to 100 km of range, and responsive torque-sensor assistance, the ENGWE N1 Air is a stylish and practical electric bike built for effortless commuting and everyday urban riding.

ENGWE

ENGWE was officially founded in 2014, inspired by a single memorable ride. Three mountain-bike enthusiasts planned to ride 38 miles in 5 hours through mountainous terrain, but ended up struggling on shaded uphill paths, cold, tired, and eventually pushing their bikes for the final 16 miles. From that harsh experience came the spark of innovation. They entered a university innovation competition with a concept for an electric bike, won recognition, worked on R&D over the next years—and that’s how ENGWE became the brand known for offering e-bikes that combine range, usability, and accessible price.
